Screw chiller is mainly applied to building industry and industrial cooling process in molding of plastic film and PE plastics bag or other industries. The chiller will greatly improve quality of molded products and shorten period of injection molding cycles.
The water cooled screw chiller is made up of compressor, evaporator, condenser, refrigeration accessories, electric control system and so on. It will need auxiliary equipment to provide cooling water for the chiller heat exchange. Auxiliary equipment includes: cooling water tower, circulating water pump, double layer stainless steel insulated tank.
The air cooled screw chiller is used the fan to dissipate heat, so it is used the finned condenser to continuously heat exchange with the air. Therefore, the air cooled screw chiller does not need cooling water tower, but it needs circulating pump and double-layer stainless steel insulated water tank.
Air cooled screw chiller is one of the chiller models. It cools the normal temperature water to a certain temperature through the compressor of the chiller to strengthen the cooling mold or machine. It is used as a single machine, and the cooling device is the built-in fan. There are three interrelated systems: refrigerant circulation system, water circulation system, electrical automatic control system.Refrigerant circulation system: The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the heat in the water and begins to evaporate. Finally, a certain temperature difference is formed between the refrigerant and the water. The liquid refrigerant also completely evaporates into the gas phase, and is then inhaled and compressed by the compressor (pressure and temperature increase). After being throttled through the expansion valve, low temperature and low pressure refrigerant enters the evaporator to complete the refrigerant circulation process.
Water circulation system: The water pump takes the water out of the water tank and pumps it to the equipment that the user needs to cool. The chilled water takes the heat away and the temperature rises, and then returns to the chilled water tank.
Electrical automatic control system: Including power supply part and automatic control part. The power supply part is through contactor, compressor, fan, water pump supply power. Automatic control includes temperature controller, pressure protection, delay device, relay, overload protection and other mutual combination to achieve automatic startup and stop of the root temperature, protection and other functions.
